The house is in a beautiful area and has potential.
Our family’s stay was uncomfortable and the checkout experience was completely unacceptable.
Only part of the house was air-conditioned, which was not clearly communicated before our arrival. To cool the bedrooms, doors had to remain open, making privacy difficult. We also experienced several maintenance concerns, including a loose toilet seat, a leaking shower, visible moisture or possible mold around the shower frame, and a toilet-paper holder that repeatedly fell off. The exterior areas could also have been cleaner.
At checkout, we misunderstood the key-return instructions and left the key inside the door instead of returning it to the lockbox. We accept that this caused an inconvenience. However, the property manager responded through WhatsApp with an escalating series of aggressive messages, threats of charges, personal insults, and discriminatory language. Even after being asked to stop contacting us, the insulting messages continued. We have retained screenshots and reported the exchange to the booking platform.
We had a wonderful time visiting Siena, but based on the property conditions and especially the manager’s treatment of guests, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Eine wunderschönes eingerichtetes Haus mit Kamin und 3 Schlafzimmer und einem schönen Wohnzimmer! Terrasse und genügend Platz für alle! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet!
Der Eiskasten brummt! Mussten wir in der Nacht abstecken sonst konnten wir in der Nacht nicht schlafen! Das war aber kein Problem!

La struttura della villa è davvero carina e accogliente
La proprietaria è una persona gentilissima, purtroppo non gestisce lei la locazione perché è in mano ad un’agenzia molto meno attenta ai dettagli
Il frigorifero vecchio con muffa evidente attaccata alle pareti .
Casa dotata di poche stoviglie . Non ci stava apribottiglie per vino . Erano presenti solo 4 cucchiaini ( gli ospiti erano 6) Non presente tostapane e una sola piccola padella non sufficiente per cucinare per 6 persone . Altre pentole non utilizzabili su induzione …
