The suite was fantastic - it really felt we were back several hundred years, but with all of today's comforts. Special mention to Michelle who looked after us. She was terrific. When I had a mini dental emergency on the afternoon of New Years eve, she arranged for me to see the only dentist still open to assist.
Would recommend without hesitation.

The apartment felt like being in a another century, with antique furnishings and a beautifully painted (and extremely high!) bedroom ceiling. The location was fantastic, in the historic district with restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores close by and right near where the bus from Florence stops. The manager, Michelle, was extremely helpful (she met us at the bus!) and attentive to our needs.

The location was superb. The apartment in a historic building, and quiet yet within easy access of amenities and key sights. Directions were clear. And both owner Melissa and manager Michelle were warm, welcoming and simply superb. They were extremely helpful, available and proactive with suggestions. Highly recommended.
