Il palazzo è molto, molto comodo, in pieno centro storico, posizione davvero ideale per muoversi a piedi e vivere la città. Il proprietario è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile: ci ha aspettato personalmente per il check-in e durante il soggiorno è sempre stato pronto a darci informazioni aggiuntive e consigli, cosa davvero apprezzata. La stanza era pulita, ben riscaldata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Molto comoda anche la presenza di due bagni grandi e spaziosi
Come semplice precisazione (non una nota negativa), segnalo che una delle stanze si trova ai piani alti e si raggiunge tramite scale, quindi potrebbe risultare meno comoda per persone anziane o famiglie con bambini piccoli. È più una descrizione dell’alloggio che un difetto vero e proprio. Un altro aspetto da considerare riguarda la raccolta della spazzatura nel centro storico: per soggiorni brevi può non essere comodissimo adattarsi ai giorni specifici di conferimento (ad esempio per il multimateriale). Il proprietario, comunque, fornisce indicazioni chiarissime e precise su come funziona il servizio. Forse, per chi resta solo pochi giorni, potrebbe essere utile valutare in futuro un servizio aggiuntivo a pagamento per la gestione dei rifiuti.

Excellent location; good size; accommodating host. We had a great stay and would stay there again!

We were met at the apartment to leave our luggage early before official check in. Great location.
This apartment was not clean (dirty carpets, mildewy showers, dirty sofa, dirty floors). There was not enough toilet paper. There were no soaps nor shampoos in showers. There was no communication about trash and a complicated system of recycling that was unclear. There was no communication about how to checkout. The WIFI does not work on the second floor. The room tax arrangement was very loose and unclear. There weren't seats in the kitchen for 8. There is A LOT of street noise all night long.
