It is a very long climb to the 3rd floor but Paolo lets you know that in advance so no surprise.

Exceptional Siena apartment! Great for the whole family.

Firstly the quality of advance information and continual guidance provided by Paolo, was exceptional. This apartment is absolutely superb. Wonderful character throughout, ample facilities, extremely comfortable beds (more than enough for 2 Adults, 3 kids). The property was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities of home including a coffee machine with great coffee pods! Cooking facilities were great, lounge areas were suberb and then that view across the town, above the rooftops towards the Duomo on one side and church on the other….breathtaking. This is one of my absolute favourite stays, ever! Grazie Mille Paolo, we will be back 🙏

We loved this apartment. We have stayed in Siena several times and this was the best.

What a fantastic find, right in the centre of Siena. So comfortable. Fully equipped - oven , toaster , kettle, coffee maker, ice bucket , plenty of glasses. Even a pair of binoculars to look at the fabulous view from the veranda over the sky line of Siena. Excellent communication with the owners.

Just be advised it’s on the top floor with several flights of stairs. Great exercise for us but it would be a problem if you had poor mobility or a lot of luggage.

Five star luxury at an excellent price in a 14 th century palace

This is like a five star hotel but just for us four. It has such a wow factor, although it is very old .1400.? It is very modern with everything one requires on a holiday. I am so glad I chose this, the views from the back porch stunning, oh Siena we ❤️ you.

90 steps for an 82 year old almost too much, but I’m still breathing especially with our 20kg cases, a great work out. Not recommended for elderly but once you’ve climbed it’s all +

Dishwasher was in need of repair and unusable during our stay. WiFi service was not available throughout the entire apartment, only in most rooms.

Beautifully appointed central apartment.

This spacious apartment is marvellously appointed with a marvelous living room with a relaxing sofa and very large TV with all the apps for the main streaming services. the kitchen is fully supplied and you could cook if needed. the view from the apratment on the 3rd floor is spectacular. Waking up to the morning view is spectacular. It has a balcony but being winter; not used! The apartment is right in the middle of old Siena. Couldnt find a better place to visit Siena. all the shopping and sight within a short walk. Staying in the middle of our favourite city in Italy had a charm all on its own!! the apartment was well cleaned and the towels and bedding supplied clean with a bathtub! Not perfect, but I would still come back!

Its on the top of 3 floors so a bit of a climb. No real issue but if there is someone with physical issues with stairs, that might be a consideration. There is no carparking as the apartment is in the middle of a pedestrianized street. If you are using Siena as a base and need to get to the car parked at a further carpark, getting to and from might be an issue. We didnt mind the bus ride once a day. But if youre not driving, obviously its fine. the heating was unfortunately a little patchy and is limited by heating laws so get sweaters ready! but that shouldnt be an issue after winter!

Magnificent apartment enabling a magical stay

Oné of the most beautiful and amazing places we have stayed in. The apartment has everything you with comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen and lounge room. The balcony left us speechless with plenty of space and magnificent views over Siena. The owner was clear and very helpful with Instructions fór entry and use of The Property. Location was also perfect

Outdoor terrace. And view from outdoor terrace! Perfect for outdoor drinks, coffee, dining. Would have loved a outdoor heater when we were there. Location is good for walking around Siena. Rooms were fairly spacious and comfortable.

Shower heater is not consistent. Difficult to control temperature in shower. Layout is unusual with a long corridor. Actual usable area is not that spacious, except for big outdoor terrace. Couch in living area is very worn out, needs to be reupholstered. Apartment is not dirty but the choice of furnishings and decor make one feel that it is difficult to thoroughly clean this apartment. Stairs. Stairs. And more stairs. Don’t come with luggage. If with a small bag, it is still ok it. Definitely not ideal for unfit elderly.

The size of the apartment is exceptional. Paolo was extremely helpful with all arrangements. The views from the patio were amazing as was the location.

The 7 flights of stairs to get to the apartment are a challenge but got us fit! If you are prepared for it you will have no complaints.

Only thing that was a problem were all the stairs to climb with our luggage. Almost 6 flights. But Alessandra was excellent and took care of any issues. Barely any toiletries.

Wunderbarer Blick aus sehr geräumiger Wohnung.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war ganz und gar außergewöhnlich, zudem viel Platz, um ihn ausgiebig am Tag und Abend zu genießen. Hätte man sich nicht besser vorstellen können. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war die Wohnung angenehm ruhig, da von der Einkaufsstraße abgewandt.

Einziges Manko war, dass die Bettwäsche teilweise stark parfümiert gerochen hat.
