Prima cosa ringrazio Michela per la sua accoglienza e disponibilità. Posizione meravigliosa a due minuti da Piazza del Campo. Appartamento pulitissimo con arredamento di ottimo gusto e molto grande.
Grande disponibilità di stoviglie ma nemmeno uno strofinaccio per asciugare i piatti
Venendo dal settore non ho notato attenzioni particolari per il cliente. La TV era senza istruzioni e difficilmente settabile. Non un bottiglia di acqua in frigo per chi arriva, sono stata a fine novembre e malgrado l'avessi fatto notare l'appartamento era freddo . Il proprietario alza la temperatura da remoto. No telecomandi per pompa di calore. Appartamento spoglio, ci sono 5 pagine fotocopie per i luoghi turistici e basta. Non una cartina . Non ci si sente accolti. Lavorando in un Resort certe cose le noto. Parcheggio 30 euro al giorno.
Visto il costo mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.
Peccato perché con un appartamento così bello basterebbe davvero poco.

The windows have excellent sound isolation, the noise of the street was completely excluded.
Spacious rooms, two bathrooms, comfortably large dining table.

Property was in a great location, centre Sienna. The apartment itself was really nice, just everything else was an issue.
We did not have enough linen and staff did not respond to actually providing us with some despite multiple conversations with different staff members. The linen that was there was of every imaginable pattern, nothing matched and as I said, not enough was provided for the 9 guests that we booked for.
There’s no kettle in the property and the gas was turned off from the mains. No instructions were provided or an introduction to the property was carried out.
