The location was incredible
I booked a couple of days before arrival and chose this place because of the pool, which was also reflected in the price. It was disappointing to arrive and be told the pool is not open at the moment, the water is bad. This was not advertised anywhere and
I would have expected a courtesy message allowing me to change venues if required.
Dinner service was strange, we were sitting in an almost darkened room, the waitress was the same lady who checked us into the room and was permanently in an outdoor coat!
