Totul modern, frumos ! Parcarea e superba, nu stai cu griji ca lasi masina pe la blocurile din apropiere. Cazarea e minunata, dar mai trebuie luat in calcul cateva aspecte la care sa se lucreze, in rest perfect !
Ce nu mi-a placut sunt urmatoarele Sa se rezolve cu insectele, mai exact țântarii care au fost cațiva la numar Salteaua sa fie igienizata mai bine, păr pe protectia de cafea Caldura mai multă Cafetiera igienizata mai bine Hartie igienica la baie Tv-ul trebuie in dormitor, nu in sufragerie neaparat, tv-ul este destul de performant ! Recenzia este pentru sufrageria cu canapea, nu cu scaune !

O proprietatea curata, patul cat si fotoliile, mobilata modern, dotata cu toate necesitățile, accesul foarte usor la parcare. Proprietara foarte de treaba.

New build, lift in front of the door
first of all, the noise!! the next door neighbour had loud sex almost every 2 hours past 00:00 and 4:30 am, I had to bang the wall to make them quiet!! is very noisy in general the walls are very thin and you can hear even a normal talk, the bathroom smells of drainage and the dust is very present
