Ottima struttura! Vicina al centro, pulita e recentemente ristrutturata. Il proprietario è estremamente gentile (ci ha aspettato fino a tardi per la consegna delle chiavi) e disponibile (fornendo indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare e attività).

Este o locatie foarte buna pentru un city-break. Daca sositi cu masina, puteti gasi un loc de parcare in spatele blocului. Gazda a fost foarte amabila. Apartamentul este dragut, curat, confortabil, chicineta are de toate, intrarea in bloc este securizata. Avantajul este locatia, foarte aproape de punctele de interes ale orasului, Palas Mall, Palatul Culturii, Casa lui Dosoftei si strada pietonala cu Biserica Trei Ierarhi, Catedrala Mitropolitana etc. cu traseu mai lung spre Universitate, Copou si Gradina Botanica, pentru cine doreste sa cunoasca Iasiul mai bine. Si nu, nu am primit nicio sticla de vin... In schimb, la parterul blocului gasiti un mic boutique de unde puteti cumpara un vin bun (Chianti, de exemplu).
Ca o recomandare, ar fi bune niște jaluzele la dormitor sau niște draperii mai groase deoarece se poate vedea absolut tot din afara. Vis-a-vis se afla doua institutii, Facultatea de Arhitectura si Facultatea de Constructii si Instalatii. Pe timpul vacantei studentilor este ok, dar in rest...
