Faptul ca este curat si spatios.
Faptul ca nu dispune de câteva obiecte care ar fi utile pe timpul sejurului : aparat de făcut cafea, săpun pentru mâini.

Spațios , frumos mobilat
La baie mirosea urat , nu erau castroane , canapeaua scârțâia f tare , nu au lift și am urcat zi de zi cu copiii și bagajele până la ultimul etaj , pentru ca ultimul era încă în construcții ( în dimineata următoare cazării noastre , în jurul orei 7 au început sa lucreze în apartamentul de sus și nu ne am putut odihni deloc. Se auzea totul . Insa dupa ce i am scris proprietarului , nu s a mai repetat .) , si inca un lucru : am vrut sa ieșim mai tarziu cu 2 h din cazare pentru ca nu aveam unde sa stau cu copiii pana cand ne venea trenul și nu a mai răspuns la telefon .
