Locatia este buna, aproape de cafenea, de Kaufland; bloc nou, curat
Canapeaua rupta (cu buretele la vedere), TV-ul cand il deschizi are dungi negre pe imagine, nu sunt plase de insecte deci nu poti aerisi ca intra tantari.
