Stedet lå centralt, udlejer var virkelig hjælpsom og venlig i sin kontakt. Gode parkeringsforhold bag bom. Indkøbsmulighed som nabo - og storcenter Arena Mall 2 min. Gang fra boligen. Mulighed for at vaske tøj. Der er opvaskemaskine og elkedel.
Køkkenet var stort set tomt - det var 4 tallerkener, er par skeer og et par knive, en enkelt palet, 1 kop, 2 vinglas, nogle små whiskey glas, 2 shotsglas og en mini gryde. Slet ikke nok service til at lave mad og spise 4 personer. Håndklæderne var meget små.

AC nefunctional (29 grade frecvent), scaune instabile (unul rupt), baie cu 3 probleme (capac WC rupt, furtun dus rupt si mizerabil, bec la oglinda nefuncțional). Obs. Toate problemele au fost sesizate din prima zi si nu s au luat masuri.
