Extremely flexible and friendly host (must note it is not the first time I am staying with them, and their "customer focus" is 12 out of 10). Rooms are cozy but have everything needed and all is very new. They maintain it very clean.
Location is not very pleasant (small bazaar near). However it has big Kaufland in two steps and also is quite close to city center. Say 7 out of 10.

Everything was good. Great room, clean, with lot of space. Liviu (who was in contact to show me the room and all) was making sure all was good if there were some minor problems. Location is close to big Lidl and tram stop which takes you in less than 5 min to centre.
No complaints. Good property.

The apartment is a very pleasant surprise, decorated with excellent taste. Friendly host, sent us all details ahead and you can self-check-in. Thank you for everything!
However, it is located in a very old and unsafe-looking one-room apartment block, without interphone (anyone can enter the building). The room was amazing, but unfortunately in strong contrast with its surroundings. Very small bathroom.
