Complex relativ nou cu apartamente noi. Apartamentul luminos bine dotat, relativ aproape de centru si zonele de interes. Locuri de parcare in complex unde accesul se face pe baza unei telecomenzi. In perioada inchiriata a fost unul din cele mai ieftine locatii de 4 stele si cu evaluari exceptionale. acest lucru a fost determinant in inchirierea apartamentului. Desi curatenia a lasat de dorit in zonele comune, ce nu tin de proprietar ( lift,holuri etc) am trecut peste, fiind vorba si de o perioada aglomerata si cu multe zile libere pentru personal.
A fost bine.

Удобное расположение, без контактный въезд и выезд из квартиры, просторно, телевизор с интернетом
Грязные и вонючие полотенца, грязный унитаз, холодный пол (нет тапочек), отопление не работает, было холодно в квартире. Стены уже не белые, а с черными разводами
