Location a little confusing, don’t just go to the first place you see on the map- check the building numbers first

Perfect location, excelent facilities and extraordinary communication with the host. I woudl recommend it to everybody. First, I booked for only one night, and then I prolonged it.

Great location and clear instructions on how to get the keys for the room.
The room was quite dirty: there was bird droppings on the balcony and dust in several places that looked like they had never been cleaned. Overall, it did not correspond to the current Booking rating of 9.
