The apartment is at the first floor, very clean and comfortable, the furniture is new. There is AC and all the things you need in the kitchen, there is even a coffee machine with coffee beans, excellent to make your own coffee in the morning. Really recommend this place.

It would be perfect to put some kitchen tissue and room slippers.

Absolutely beautiful!We chose to stay in this apartment for the second time. we absolutely love everything, starting with cleanliness, facilities, conveniences, etc. Since last year, they have also made improvements by supplying a coffee machine, kettle , microwave and another TV in the room. Very quiet area close to walking distance to the Palas Mall and many other places in the centre area.

I also mentioned last year that it would be good to put mosquito nets because there are many, nothing else.

very comfortable, roomy, close to the center, even a corner store, very quiet even on the street, air conditioning, televisions, washing machine, refrigerator.

there should be nets on the windows because there are a lot of mosquitoes and insects, not to leave dirty things in the closet because it smells bad and there is no storage space. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy.
