Before arrival, the property contacted us via another channel saying there was an issue with our booked apartment and offered an alternative accommodation. Although we asked to communicate through the Booking platform, they continued using something else. At check-in, we were required to pay in cash and did not receive any receipt. We were also asked to cancel our booking on the platform, which felt questionable. The apartment itself was nice, but basic items like towels were missing. Overall, the handling of communication and payment was unprofessional, so we recommend being cautious.
