Locatia foarte aproape de centrul orasului. Bloc nou, lift. Utilitatile: aragaz, masina spalat rufe, AC, caldura. Parcarea sigura si garantata. Curatenia si linistea.
Patul inconfortabil . Prosop murdar. Usa baie nu se inchidea.

Proprietatea este într-un bloc nou intrare securizată , aproape de centru , de catedrala și de gara !
În primul rând patul , despre care au vorbit câteva persoane în urmă cu luni bune , care au fost cazate acolo și tot nu s-au remediat problemele . Acel pat era foarte incomod avea salteaua la nivel cu marginea patului te ridicai extrem de greu din el . La bucătărie ar trebui schimbate câteva vase ! Cred ca este suficient ce am scris ……Recomandarea mea este să și îmbunătățească proprietarul . Sunt critici constructive !

Mi-a placut foarte mult locatia, la 5 minute de Catedrala, un loc foarte linistit, Parcare in curte. Gazdele - oameni exceptionali. Apartamentul este mare, curat, aerisit, caldura in pardoseala, la bucatarie poti pregati si putina mancare.
Ar fi fost util un cuier in baie.
