Desi este foarte bine dotat si organizat, spatiul este foarte mic.

The location could not have been better. A 2-minute walk to the nearest tram stop which is right outside the Filarmonica Moldova Iasi, a 3-minute walk to the Teatrul Național Iași, where I saw two amazing operas. A 4-minute walk to the lovely pedestrian street, Stefan Cel Mare, which is made even more spacious every weekend when the traffic is further restricted. A 5-minute walk to the Casa Muzeelor. A 10-minute walk to Str Lapusneanu, a 15-minute walk to Palatul Uniree and Casa Dosoftei, and a 20-minute walk from the University and its fabulous library. The apartment was basic but comfortable, and the wifi was a real bonus. The tramlines run right outside which can be a little noisy, but to be honest it wasn't a problem for me.
I would add a kettle!
