Not the best experience

It was at the right position for our visit. Also, having 2 bathrooms was a benefit.

The shower got clogged. One of the heaters stopped working. One of the showers was moldy. The oven didn't work either. The duveet of one of the beds was stained. There was a strange smell upom arrival that went away with ventillation.

La location est super, proche des commodités

La propreté du logement laisse vraiment à désirer. Le four avait une tache de moisissure énorme. La de chauffage, nous avons eu très froid. Logement dit pour 8 mais au bout de 3 douches nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude, pas de serviette en nombre suffisant, les deux canapés sont très inconfortable.

La struttura non è adatta a ricevere più di 5 persone. Noi avevamo prenotato per 8, con mesi di anticipo, vista la descrizione. Ci hanno fatto trovare 6 salviette (6 in totale, non mani/doccia) e nonostante le numerose richieste non abbiano mai ricevuto riscontri I bagni non sono riscaldati. Esistono 2 radiatori che non funzionano. L' acqua diventa fredda dopo 2 docce. Un divano letto aveva doghe mancanti e altre rotte. Abbiamo provato a ripararne 3 con lo scotch per non dormire per terra. Il proprietario non ha mai risposto alle mie telefonate. Ai messaggi rispondeva in maniera telegrafica e dopo diversi tentativi. Mi dispiace perché tendo a non fare recensioni negative, ho viaggiato molto e sono stato a Parigi altre volte, ma questo trattamento non è assolutamente adeguato. Spero voglia rimborsare una parte del soggiorno e adeguare la struttura per evitare malcontento e delusioni ad altre persone che arrivano con aspettative, del tutto legittime.

logement bien situé mais pas très propre. Le service de conciergerie prend 20 euros de supplément pour un lit parapluie qui n'est pas dans le logement. Mon bébé a dû dormir comme il pouvait. Il n'y a que 4 chaises pour un logement prévu pour 6. Certains lits n'ont pas de drap house. Les vélux étaient ouverts à notre arrivée et impossible de les refermer car la commande électrique ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de fermer le volet également. A FUIR.

Bonjour, On a essayé de nous soutirer 30 euros pour garder les valises avant de pouvoir récupérer le logement. Tout cela dans un local servant de bureau. Cela n’est pas professionnel et le prix n’a pas été précisé lors de notre appel. De plus pas d’eau chaude, problème connu depuis au moins 10 jours vu le précédent commentaire. Du moisi dans la douche et des draps pas très propres.

A refaire indéniablement, on recommande

J'ai réservé ce Loft dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. emplacement très pratique, à une minute à pieds de la station de Métro Pasteur. Nous étions 4 et avons pu tous dormir séparément, il y a deux lits et deux canapés lit, deux salle de bains, petite terrasse privée, très agréable quand il fait beau. Un système d'entrée est mis en place avec une boite à clés, peu importe votre heure d'arrivée. Vous recevez une vidéo explicite avec les instructions Très bon rapport qualité prix

The owner is dishonest, deceitful, and his apartment is unfortunately not worthy of being listed on Booking.com. I hope the owner improves his apartment for the better. The place is unsafe, and you can't guarantee the safety of your family there. After midnight, there was a disturbance due to drinking, and there were fights and gunfire around. This forced me to leave the place the next day, even though I had booked it for three nights. Booking should seriously consider blocking the apartment and removing it from its options. المالك غير صادق، مخادع وليس جديرا ان تكون شقته من ضمن خيارات بوكنق للأسف. وان شالله المالك يطور من شقته للأفضل. المكان غير أمن، ولا يمكن أن تضمن الأمن لعايلتك هناك. بعد منتصف الليل و ازعاج بسبب الشرب، وحدث حوالينه مشاجرات و إطلاق نار. مما اضطرني لترك المكان في اليوم التالي ب الرغم اني حجزتها ل 3 ليالي. عاي بوكنق التفكير بجديه بحظر الشقة وان لا تكون من خياراتها.
