I may never visit here again as they just take money and think they are not responsible for anything now. Didn’t make so
I didn’t stayed there because of uncleanliness of the room and i have to cancel it
The room was really untidy and it was smelling bad due to which i was unable to stand there. I used to call the property and texted them and stayed for nearly half an hour out of the flat for their response. But nobody did and i have to cancel very disappointed when i asked for refund they are making excuses like my colleague will call you , i will call you back within half an hour we have to look over the matter but no solution wastage of money

It was an absolute disaster. If if other properties are managed like this one, I wouldn’t recommend this platform to any
It is well located, very close to town and very accessible. I found it easy to set off on my journey when I was leaving Swansea.
The room was in a very terrible condition upon arrival. The bed looks like it had just been slept in and left right before I’d come, there was an empty juice bottle on the bedside table and what look like blankets or pillows on the floor at the foot of the bed. There was no way I could even sleep in that room because of the state it was in. As a matter of fact, I reached out to the landlord upon seeing this when I arrived and have asked for a refund because it is not fair that I would pay money to receive this kind of service.
