Great location with lovely views of the city. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities I needed for an easy stay. Overall, excellent value for money.

Only criticism is on the morning of check out, someone had left filthy damp towels in the shared bathroom as well as what looked to be mud in the bath. Obviously not the owner’s fault but wasn’t pleasant regardless.

Fair place for a night or two in Swansea.

Location is near to the center but at the top of a steep hill. I heard no noise from other guests during the stay. The doors lock securely. It was easy to check-in.

There wasn't a garbage bin anywhere, not even in the bedroom or bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved.

Overall a great value for money property in a good location.

Amazing location, only a 15 min walk from city centre and plenty of stuff to see and do in the area. Homely room and does the job for a short stay.

We couldn’t access the bathroom on our floor until the 2nd day and so we needed to go through communal area past another room to use toilet. The host was responsive about this though and got it fixed quickly. We also didn’t have hot water until the last day, I didn’t ask about this though as we were leaving so soon.
