Fantastic location right on the seafront. Cheap and cheerful great value for money room.
I think a previous visitor had been smoking in the room despite notices to tell them in was non-smoking

The beach is just across the busy Oystermouth Road. Room 2 is on the ground floor of a Victorian-style, multi-level house. The room was cool in hot weather. The shared dining and kitchen areas were spacious and clean. The photos of the room matched what was there. We really appreciated non-smoking!
After booking and payment, ID scans are requested for each guest. The access to the property is via key box and code. Videos are sent to help with doing that. It was worrying not having the code earlier, as we were driving 4 hours to get there. It would be good to have a person on-site to welcome guests and answer questions. The Pandemic seems to have quashed friendliness .... texts were just signed off as 'Swansea Stays'. Parking suggestions were helpful, some of those not correct now. It seems the shared bathrooms are only on Level 1 and 2, up steep stairs...
