Late for our show because we couldn't get into our room. Had to drive home at the end of the night.

Nothing. It stank. Bad service never answer phome left me outside for an hour. Till they gave me code.

Everything. The bed roaches, bites everywhere, grubby hardly cleaned by looks from under the bed, my mate swore he seen a rat inside i didnt but there were many outside by bins and entrance

Cheap, unpleasant, unkept and dirty.

Self check-in is convenient.

Bathroom smelled of urine. Dirty plates in the kitchen cupboard, no forks. The whole place felt unclean. Heating wasn’t working properly in the bedroom and it was very cold .

Worst experience of my life!

It was nothing to write home about!

The property is a fraud… the pictures posted on bookings.com is entirely different from what I saw. Front of building was overgrown with weeds, doors and windows were very old and dirty. The place smelled very foul and appeared very unhygienic. The staff were very rude, and my money stolen.

Budget place for minimal stays in a good location.

The bed was comfortable and there is a good amount of storage room. The shared bathroom was clean and functional, with a good power shower. There is plenty of space in the fridge in the communal kitchen. It is very quiet at night (we were a bit worried about the traffic but couldn't really hear much from our top floor position). Quick and easy access thanks to the outside key box.

The yard is undergoing improvements, but the work in progress look isn't the best welcome. The communal areas are a bit worn and the carpet is dark and tired. It's obviously not the property's fault, but on arrival the shared kitchen was untidy and smelly, with leftover food in a pan on the stove. It's a long way up the stairs to the room (it's namely the second floor, but there are 4 flights of stairs, albeit 2 long and 2 short). The floor boards in the room creak very badly and the general impression is a bit shabby. The tea and coffee corner is on top of a bedside table that does not have a nearby plug, while the dresser hosts a TV that does not have signal or Internet connection and is therefore useless unless you have a device and HDMI cable available to connect it. Maybe the dresser could be better used as the tea/coffee corner (also, flat TV screens can be wall mounted, if you wanted to keep the TV in the room). Maybe a second mug would be a good idea, too. One handle of the wardrobe was missing. We were not sad when we discovered that we had to leave one day in advance (change in our schedule, nothing to do with the property!)
