The location of the apartment is very convenient for both tourists or business people. This nice and central 5 bedroom apartment is located close to all amenities. Fully equipped. All transport links just outside. 15 min away from the St. Jorge Castle, one of the main historic and touristic sites of Lisbon. It is within walking distance of other major touristic attractions of the city such as Rossio 15 min. Chiado 20 min and Bairro Alto 25 min walking. Just down the street you'll find good restaurants with Fado music and bars. From the same avenue you can also take the famous tram 28, which takes you through the most typical quarters of Lisbon.

There were a few issues with this apartment, but overall we had a good stay. The one thing that we appreciated was the communication with the management company. They were very attentive and tried to help promptly. Here are some of the problems that we encountered. The lock to the door downstairs is very difficult to open at times, especially for the older family members. Although someone came to show us a trick to get it to open, it still took a long time (or was impossible and we needed someone to come and unlock from the inside) because the door itself is defective. We also had an issue with the washer… it smelled of mildew and didn’t seem to work well. Kept working the entire night making lots of noise and we couldn’t even open it and take the clothes out. Again, the management company sent a repair person the next day. Although they tried, it still did not address the strong mildew smell so we could not use it. The two bathrooms had a sewage/mildew smell at times. May be related to old plumbing? Not sure. Overall, the unit is in need of some updates and TLC to make it more attractive and comfortable in my opinion.
