The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location are great on heart of Lisbon Very comfortable

The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything. The terrace was a must for us, our view was a lovely spot to sip coffee in the morning and wine at night. Apartment was very modern and clean.

Was our first time to Lisbon, though we did a lot of walking and discovering, perhaps a little binder/book sharing spots to grab coffee, where to grab groceries and some little eateries would have helped the first day.

it was nice and clean, good location and cute room

when we arrived we were left outside for 40 minutes until the neighbour came and questioned what we were doing outside. i had messaged when we were on our way and then multiple times (as well as called) when we arrived and heard nothing. if the neighbour didn’t come out and help us we would’ve gone somewhere else as this was not ideal after a long travel day, very poor communication and we didn’t get an apology either. for the price i paid i wasn’t very happy with the service, being left on the street is never fun. we also had problems with our smoke alarm beeping, they came and fixed it while we were out which was great but i would’ve appreciate a messaged that they were coming into our room as we had valuables laying around.
