➤ Third Bedroom: equipped with (1) queen-sized bed
➤ Bedroom rooms 2 & 3 share a spacious bathroom.
➤ All rooms are equipped with a flat screen smart TV
➤ (1) pack and play
➤ Access to a private fenced in backyard via the Master suite or private gate access on the side of the house.
➤ Outdoor grill available in private backyard

miles (The beach is about a 12–20-minute walk. If you are able-bodied, I recommend walking to the beach since it is close. The city of Boca charges $35/day for beach parking)

This is a perfect location for visiting your FAU student just minutes from campus! The property is tastefully updated, spacious and spotless. The kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation and the rest of the home has wonderful touches such as soft linens, plush towels and toiletries to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended!
