This wonderful home features a large patio, heated shared pool, and an amazing family room, It is located in Boca Raton on Ocean Blvd., 80' to the Boca Palmetto Park Beach and Palmetto Park shops and restaurants. Close by is the Deerfield fishing pier. Walk to beach and walk to area restaurants and shopping. The home is always professionally maintained and cleaned, and includes a local Host to help you enjoy your vacation. The family room has sliding glass doors facing East which open onto a patio with Bahama style seating and a fire pit. Enjoy golf, surfing, tennis, shopping, swimming, diving, snorkeling, boating, sightseeing, and travel to Miami Beach - one hour away! Easy access to everything via I-95 and Turnpike. Visit Disney, then come here to relax and rejuvenate. Split bedroom plan - two bedrooms are on 1st floor, and the master is on the 2nd floor. There is a pull out queen sleeper couch if you need extra sleeping.

We really enjoyed our time here. We were in town for a wedding and our ability to have such easy access to the beach and a heated pool and our own outside space - truly helpful. Our schedule do not allow for cooking and meal prep as we expected, but restaurants literally right out the back gate made grabbing a bite easy. Parking space was incredibly helpful. Beds were very comfy and beach towels and chairs provided were helpful. The beach chairs were a bit beat up. It is probably the only thing that we were surprised by. Vance is a very attentive host and made all of this very easy.

Thank goodness for the prime location because this townhome was so poorly kept up that it reminded me of a fraternity house. The downstairs bedrooms were too crowded with multiple sized beds, dressers with broken drawers, dust & dirt everywhere, mold in the shower. There were no toiletries, paper towels, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, dish soap, etc.. The upstairs balcony was filthy. The pool photos are deceiving - it's not really behind the townhouse; it's outside the owners' house which is very strange. Luckily we had good weather and spent most days at the beach.
