Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom condo in Highland Beach located just a quick 1 block walk to the beach without dealing with an elevator. OR walk right out the back door out to the dock! Space for up to a 28 foot boat with great views of the canal off the intercostal. This terrific property features a queen bed and two twin beds upstairs. The downstairs sun room offers a day bed with a trundle pull out for extra sleeping space or a place to relax with a book. There is an additional cot and air mattress in the bedroom closet for extra children. WONDERFUL! Don’t hesitate to book this property! First of all, Meghan is the best host. She thinks of everything to make your stay more than comfortable, above & beyond. She answered any question I had immediately. The townhouse was perfect, even nicer than the photos. We appreciated the location. It was a quiet retreat, however it offered a beautiful area with plenty of things to do, restaurants and shopping. The beach was a very short walk and Meghan has umbrella and beach chairs! We sat by the dock or at the beach, always a water view. The walking path along the main road was the first thing we used every morning! We even enjoyed talking with the friendly homeowners and guests around us. Thank you for your hospitality Meghan!
