This house is located just 1 mile from beach and just few blocks from Mizner Park. The backyard is attach to a big park with basketball courts, tennis court, soccer field, children play grounds, walking and jogging trails and a small intercostal beach
The house has a heated pool, BBQ, covered patio with hummock and patio furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
Bed #1 has a king bed and bathroom in it Bed #2 has 3 twin beds, and Bed #3 has a queen bed. There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the living room giving you ample sleeping room for up to 8 people.
The house has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, new appliances and all new furniture with Thistle Flooring.
Located only 2 blocks from the house is a Publix supermarket and many restaurants and bars.
There are beach chairs, pool/beach towels and a beach umbrella to be use by our clients.

Kevin was very responsive to our messages when we had questions. Great neighborhood, next to a great park. Everyone in area was so friendly. Neighbors were friendly as well.

This place was perfect for our family holiday. Fully equipped with anything we needed. We were there for a week over Thanksgiving, even cooking thanksgiving dinner in a surprisingly well equipped kitchen.

House was clean. But master bed broke first day and wasn’t completely fixed until the last night. Master toilet needed to be repaired the last day after never functioning properly. Overall the house met our basic needs and pool was nice. But neighborhood was much more downscale than represented and really not walking distance to anything
