Unique Pool Home. Very Modern though possesses a rustic beach zen like look & feel.
*** Please note : From June 1st 13th to November 31st 2026,
House has attached apartment . Two young ladies stay in the Apartment studio side renting long term for now. Quiet and good people. They have there own entrance, seperatate everything. Completely separate.
Therefor you are seeing the greatly reduced rate.
House will sleep 6 people comfortable if your party is configured right.
Seeking longer term stays 7 days ++. Please message me directly for further details or questions to me sure you understand exactly what you are renting ***

My personal custom house, General Contractor for 28 yrs.
Entire home has been recently remodeled with excellent taste.
( Though is not 100% perfect . Our goal is to provide a very comfortable , safe , enjoyable environment . No complainers seek to reserve here )
The 1700 sq ft sq ft of the home offers 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 very comfortable .
1 King and 1 queen bed . Can sleep another 1 or 2 on sofa bed or super large comy sofa, house offers 1 sofa bed.
So the home can sleep 6 if your party fits such accommodations.
84“ TV smart TV . Surround sound in living room .
Super fast internet speed.
Desk and printer for use .
1 block away is a great fishing canel off the new bridge.
Literally everything you could want is local within 5 mins or less , including the many beaches.

House was changed over to Gas, Huge benefits. Heated pool .
Unlimited hot water via tank-less gas heater. Chef 36" Gas cooking range with hood.
Very private huge OASIS, backyard, with pool, 2- hammocks, gazebo & Bocce ball court 32' by 10' There are 3 custom sky lights that work by remote (2). Watch the stars and moon from the comfort of your bed! This House is Built to Entertain!
Master suite bathroom has a large waterfall Jacuzzi Tub, huge glassless shower with 3 large shower heads.

* Smart TV only access is through apps . No cable .
* Home is 1 block away from the Delray Beach border . So you are super close to Atlantic Ave yet still in Boca Raton .
* Can offer weekly cleaning services at your request .
*AC is in each room . Not a central air system .

* The backyard has different terrain feels. There's rocks, there's pavers, there's transitions , there's artificial grass there are walking rock pavers. Please be aware when navigating the backyard at your own responsibility . This was such an awesome house! Steve is amazing and communicated with us throughout the week on any questions/concerns we had. I would highly recommend this place. The backyard and amenities were all beautiful!

We stayed here for the whole month of February and really enjoyed it! Despite the weather not always being what we had hoped, the house was even better than we had planned. From the very beginning, the host was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. The location is just perfect, literally in the middle of everything you’d ever want, plus very lovely and safe. The home itself was very spacious, well-maintained, and fully stocked. There really wasn’t anything we wanted that wasn’t actually included - very impressive. We spent plenty of time in the backyard and enjoyed the grill, the pool, the bocce court, the hammocks, and all the shaded seating. Other than the pool not being heated, everything was perfect!
