About this house rental
In the heart of the village of Bassussarry, our home offers you all the best of the Basque Coast without the summer crowds typical of seaside towns....
This village, bordering Biarritz, Anglet, and Bayonne, allows you to easily and quickly reach the most sought-after areas of the Basque Country, while still returning home to a peaceful setting to enjoy a meal on the plancha and a lovely dinner with your family.
The extra-large pool will provide the refreshing break you need during your stay.
The property
is a three-story house. The first floor features the living area, kitchen, and restroom.
On the first floor, the sleeping area includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a restroom.
On the lower level, there is a bedroom with direct access to the pool, a laundry room, and a restroom.
Outside, there are three terraces where you can relax and enjoy the space depending on the weather, the sun, and, above all, your preferences....
The following will be provided: washing machine, dryer, 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, 1 surfboard, 1 plancha (3 burners), 1 barbecue, and the option to rent a car if needed for an additional fee (2009 Class A, 50€/day)
Guest Access
You’ll have access to the entire property except for the garage, which is locked off.

It’s important to note that the pool does not have a roll-up cover but only an alarm—the legal minimum...
The property is therefore recommended for children who can already swim!
Located in the village, we have tennis courts, a fronton court, a “city stadium” (5-a-side soccer), and a basketball court all within 1,000 meters of the house, accessible on foot without needing a car—a dream come true for kids and the adults responsible for them ;)
Note that both the beach and the Bassussarry Golf Course (MAKILA) are less than a 10-minute drive away.
