Welcome to Arcangues, discover our pretty family home in the heart of a private road overlooking a small wood.
1 km from the magnificent village of Arcangues and its golf course (18 holes) known for its hilly and green landscapes which gives an impression of harmony and calm.
Close to the beaches of Biarritz, Bidart, Guéthary, Anglet and towns such as Bayonne St Jean de Luz, or typical villages such as Espelette or Ainhoa.
22 km from the Spanish border (Dantxaria, Zugarramurdi, San Sebastián)
Once you arrive in the house you will be delighted to appreciate the unobstructed view offered by the living room, a large living room with its large bay window opening onto a large sunny outdoor terrace to enjoy the light all day long.
The 170 m2 single-storey house offers 4 bedrooms:
- a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed
- a bedroom with a 140x200 bed
- a bedroom with a 90x200 bed
And a BZ 140x200PGJyPg bed- a bedroom with a 140x190 bed
Large living room dining room and open kitchen equipped (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher) with a central island. You will have access to a washing machine in the basement.
Covered terrace equipped with a plancha, fryer, fridge to enjoy the days or like summer evenings.
You can also enjoy a petanque court as well as a ping-pong table, darts, trampoline and other board games available. You will have access to the garden around the house.
A closed basement garage that can accommodate two cars, possibility to park in front of the front door.
The accommodations are close to the village with a local shop (Vival), and restaurants.
You can also enjoy different hiking trails.
As a general rule, arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm and departures between 9 am and 11 am
The house is prepared for your arrival with bed linen.
