About this house rental
Beautiful house of 155m2 with modern decoration and great benefits.
This house is located in Arcangues / Biarritz (10 mins from the beaches and 5 mins from the golf course) and close to the dynamic area of the Negres docks with all its shops (lesdocksdebiarritz. Fr).
The house has a garden, and a swimming pool with wooden terrace, below the house.
It is a BBC house where life is good with a living room, dining room and kitchen which opens onto a terrace and a view of the swimming pool and the vegetable patch.
It has:
- 1 parental suite (160 * 200) with independent bathroom,
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 120 * 190) with bathroom + shower,
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 * 190) with bathroom + shower (shared with the previous bedroom),
- 1 bedroom (1 140 * 190 bed) with shower room + shower,
- 2 toilets,
- 1 large American kitchen (with dishwasher) overlooking a dining room and a large living room with view on the terrace and the swimming pool,
- 1 utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Note: sheets provided for the bedrooms but not the bath towels (except for stays of 2 weeks or more).
Facilities: TV, Canal +, WiFi, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, toaster ........
Outdoor facilities: swimming pool (5x6m) with alarm, lounge chairs, sofa bed by the pool, garden furniture, swing.
This house is very bright and very comfortable for family vacations.
Note: "festive" evening prohibited due to neighborhood (very quiet environment).
Cleaning provided for rental outing (package 100 euros included in the rental price) (note, additional costs may be withheld from the deposit depending on the condition of the house).

Lovely property in a quiet peaceful area with pool. The villa was well equipped and Lionel was very helpful during our visit offering recommendations for beaches restaurants etc.

This place was beautiful, clean and a great location just a short drive from the city center and beach. The host was a good and clear communicator and greeted us to check in and gave us a tour of the place. We had a wonderful stay. The only improvement we could think of was more amenities. This place had all the cookware and utensils you could need but no salt or pepper or paper towels or coffee. No dishwashing tabs, no sponges for cleaning dishes, no shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and of course as per the listing no towels. We had to completely stock the place for our short stay

The property met our needs for multiple bedrooms for a larger family. But Everything was just average. It seems like they did some upgrades to the house, but there is a lot more to do. Also, I’ve stayed at dozens of Vrbo’s and this is the first time I was charged 10 EUR to “rent” a towel and 10 EUR for cleaning supplies like soap and sponges. That didn’t sit right with me. The price felt high for the quality and location of the house. I wouldn’t stay here again.
