The accommodation
🏡 ☀️This spacious villa of 150m², near Biarritz, combines modern comfort and charm thanks to its beams, its bright volumes and its neat finishes. The bay windows allow you to become one with the outside.
The kitchen is a real asset: fully equipped with quality materials, it has a bean machine, a high-performance oven and a central island with hob and integrated hood. You will be able to cook facing the living room and outside. An elegant glass roof closes off the space to prevent the spread of odors, without losing light.
On the first floor, the master suite offers exceptional comfort: king size bed 180x200, Frame television, exposed beams that bring character, dressing room bathed in natural light thanks to a day well, and a large fully equipped bathroom. Its bay windows reinforce the light and open directly onto the outside.
Upstairs, a bright office space completes two bedrooms of 15m² each. The first has a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200). The second combines a double bed (140x200) with two bunk beds (90x200). Each bedroom has generous storage space thanks to a large dressing room. The first floor also includes a bathroom with shower and bathtub, perfect for children, as well as a separate toilet.
Outside, enjoy a heated salt water swimming pool with a secure roller shutter and a quiet environment ideal for relaxing. The pool 🎱 table and ping-pong 🏓 will keep young and old busy. The basement allows you to park your vehicles in complete serenity and to do your machines. You have a washing machine and a dryer.
The outdoor kitchen with its Forge Adour plancha will be ideal for your grills but you also have a charcoal Weber barbecue.
If you wish, the Ilbarritz Beach is 15/20 minutes away by bike via the Lake of Mouriscot. A very pleasant and practical little walk to avoid traffic. In summer, a free and guarded parking lot is available for bicycles.
