About this house rental
Comfortable 150m² house located in a pretty village on the Basque coast Villefranque, facing the forest.
Our house is ideal for families wishing to stay and discover our region, Bayonne 8 kms, Biarritz 15 kms, Espelette, Saint Jean pied de Port, Spain, etc ...
On the ground floor:
- 1 master suite, with dressing room and bathroom (vanity unit, walk-in shower and wc), opening onto the garden.
-1 fully equipped and very functional American kitchen, opening onto the terrace where it is good to eat and drink an aperitif.
-1 living room, dining room, equipped with a sofa, TV, and a table where you can meet 8 people, easily, all overlooking, also on the garden.
-1 laundry room, with at your disposal, washing machine, dryer and freezer.
-1 separate wc.
Upstairs:
-1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
-1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.
-1 open space with 1 BZ bed.
-1 bathroom with 2 sinks, 1 wc, 1 bath and 1 walk-in shower.
Outside:
-You can easily park 2 vehicles.
-The vegetable patch will be at your disposal.
- We also provide you with 2 adult bikes (you can reach Bayonne and its center by the small paths).
-1 Round swimming pool of H 76 x 300, will also be in place for the happiness of young and old.
-1 300 cm trampoline is in place.
-1 outdoor table with 6 chairs.
-1 outdoor lounge, 1 gas barbecue.
We have 2 cats who are very nice and completely independent (except to fill the bowl), thanks to a cat flap located in the laundry room.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The sea, surfing, Thalasso, good restaurants, mountain walks, Spain, are waiting for you!

Comfortable clean house, lovely terrace with unobstructed view and surrounded by the green garden. Everything that was written on the site was in the garden (swimming pool, bar, fire place, dart board etc).
More than enough working space in the kitchen. The cat wasn't showing up much so absolutely not a problem for people who do not like cats. No cat smell in the house!
Nice cycle route to Bayonne on the borders of the Nive. Good location for visiting the beaches with enormous waves, the mountains or Spain.
Friendly accessible landlord.
Of note: There are musquitos, so use the netting in the windows
