Detached house, located in a residential area on the edge of the historic center of Saint-Gilles, easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. A full range of supermarkets is a 3-minute drive away.
A private garden (300m2) of Provencal type (olive tree, fig tree, cypress, laurel, mimosa ...) offers several areas of tranquility and privacy. The swimming pool (4m / 9m / 1,6m) is tempered by solar energy. Chairs and garden furniture, two outdoor tables.
- Summer kitchen, barbecue, plancha and cooking set for paella, wood oven (bread and pizza).
- The house (136m2), can accommodate up to 8 travelers. Large living space, living room and fireplace, with dining area and kitchen (induction 5 burners, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer compartment, coffee machine). At disposal American fridge, with distribution of cold water and production of cubes (cubes or looted ice)
WIFI with high-speed Internet, TV (TNT France channels and access to Swiss channels), DVD player, BOSE speaker, free landline phone for 110 countries.
