The villa is ideal for families with children, we do not wish to welcome groups of young people.

This villa can accommodate 12 people who wish to enjoy their holidays together in an exceptional Provencal villa offering the possibility of sharing or not the living spaces. In fact, this villa offers 2 adjoining gites of 6 beds each which meet in a common place which is the swimming pool and communicate through this space. We therefore offer you the possibility to rent the whole villa, i.e. the 2 gites:
220 m2, 6 bedrooms including 1 with TV, 2 bathrooms with bathtub + Italian shower, 4 toilets, 2 large fully equipped kitchens each opening onto a fully equipped living room, swimming pool (in use from June to September inclusive), and shared swimming pool shelter, entrance-parking area, independent gardens and terraces if necessary, barbecue, childcare equipment, free and unlimited wifi access, washing machine, dishwasher, softener, board games, household linen provided, folding tables and chairs for the outside, garden furniture, parasols, swimming pool loungers provided.

ANOTHER STUDIO CAN ALSO ACCOMMODATE 2 ADDITIONAL PEOPLE FOR A COST OF 25€ TO 35€ PER PERSON PER NIGHT DEPENDING ON THE SEASON.

- Arrivals are between 4pm and 10pm
- Departures are between 8am and 10am.

-Heating: During the heating period, approximately from 15 October to 15 April (variable period depending on the weather), a supplement of 150,00 € per week of rental (from 3 to 7 days) will be requested from the holidaymaker to be paid on the 1st day of arrival.

- Cleaning: When the holidaymaker returns the house in a correct state of cleanliness (kitchen, WC, bathroom) the cleaning is included in the price of the rental.
If not, a fixed price of 150,00 € will be added to the rental price to be paid on the day of departure.

- Rentals are granted for a minimum of 3 nights from September to June and for a minimum of 7 nights in July and August

Please note that the villa is not fully air-conditioned.
Only the first floor, consisting of two bedrooms in gîte 2, has a reversible air-conditioning system programmed to operate from 2 to 4 pm and at night only.
