At the end of a dirt road, you will discover this magnificent Bastide type villa of 140m² and its superb swimming pool of 14 x 7 m situated in a vast garden of more than 3000 m² in the middle of cypresses, olive trees, laurels. . The villa directly overlooks vineyards and paths conducive to beautiful walks. Calm and friendly environment where the song of the cicadas will charm you.
A completely furnished independent chalet (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) allows a couple to be isolated from the rest of the house.

The onboard GPS in rental car failed to find. A local tip to try Waze did produce dividends though. Worth knowing.The property description misled re bathrooms. There are 2 modern shower-rooms and 1 separate upstairs wc for 3 bedrooms. A downstairs cloakroom and, presumably, a shower suite in separate pool lodge.A major issue for anyone with toddlers and anyone with mobility issues would be the steep spiral staircase with no hand rail.The pool was delightful. Electric gare security good and the kitchen really well equipped to match most homes.The free wifi provided was also a welcome addition.

The pool and house were lovely, local contact lovely but no English language so if my wife hadn’t been there it would have been very difficult. Pool was very cold, fine for me but not usable for my wife, only worked out on our last day that it could be adjusted so a uk language guide for the property would have been very useful. Broadband didn’t work at all after week 1 so costly for us on roaming charges. Staircase very tight for young families and the place is old so expect creaky etc. overall though I loved it and it’s great value for money in a beautiful location

We spent a pleasant week at the villa at the end of May. Communication with the owners was easy and there were no issues with check in etc. Unfortunately the pool heating was broken and so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool as much as we would have done if it were warmer. Even though the temperature in Vauvert was a pleasant 28 degrees, the pool was too cold to do anything more than a quick jump in for 5 minutes to cool off, which is a shame because it’s a beautiful large pool in a gorgeous location. The owners were very apologetic and waved the final cleaning fee and linen fee to compensate for the lack of pool heating which was much appreciated. We were able to visit Nimes, Avignon and Pont du Gard in our time at the villa. We loved the location, for visiting areas of interest and the villa itself is in such a peaceful setting. There are updated shower rooms in the villa that are very modern and everyone in the family loved them. We would have had a perfect stay here if the pool was warmer. I’d recommend the property to people wanting to stay in the area.

My family of 4 traveled across the globe for a 2-week vacation in the south of France. We were delighted to find that Sylvain and Bérenice’s vacation home was even better than the pictures! Clean, open, inviting, with peaceful views. We were greeted with a chilled bottle of local rosé and comprehensive list of recommendations. The Villa is on a private country setting within an hour to every destination you could want to visit. The property is gorgeous- off a gravel path at the end of town, surrounded by vineyards, hay fields and olive groves. We used the pool every day and appreciated the air conditioning inside. The home is two stories with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a wooden shed with another “bedroom” on the property but it is very old and rustic and we did not use. There is little I can say that would have improved our experience, other than the owners could consider replacing some of the linens and dishes which have been well used. Wonderful villa ,swimming pool and outside area was superb ! Was expecting 8 sun beds but only 6 ,however not too much of an inconvenience ,a small suggestion would be more info in a folder for tenants regarding re cycling and waste disposal . Overall we had a wonderful holiday

Fantastic!

This is a great house, very comfortable and immaculately clean. The garden and large pool are perfect for spending relaxing days, being situated in a quiet and peaceful environment. Vauvert is a friendly village with all amenities. The local train station makes it easy to have day trips to places such as Nimes, Montpellier and Avignon. Sylvain and Berenice were great to correspond with - they were promt and helpful, giving us useful information before we arrived. Special mention to Gérard and Rachel who ensured we were settled and gave lots of local information. The area is beautiful with lots to do and see. We would not hesitate in renting this house again.

Haus Garten und Pool entsprachen der Ankündigung. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne, ruhige Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist großzügig auch bei schlechterem Wetter. Geräumige Küche mit allem ausgestattet. Große Tische drinnen und draußen bi 12 Personen. Wegen des perfekten Sommerwetters haben wir nur deaußen gegessen und am Pool gelegen. Die Abkühlung im Pool war herrlich. Die Kommunikation mit Sylvain, dem Besitzer und Gerard, dem Nachbarn lief sehr gut. Kann man sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Das Wetter mit um 32 °C war schon außergewöhnlich.

Très bien accueillis par les hôtes, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison idéalement située et très bien équipée (literie très confortable, piscine agréable, bon modèle de plancha...). Nous avons également apprécié la proximité de commerces de qualité, ainsi que le réseau de transports locaux (gare de Vauvert et réseau de cars Lio), qui a facilité notre découverte de cette très belle région.

Maison et terrain parfaitement adaptés pour que 8 personnes passent un super moment. La maison, sans vis à vis et excentrée de la ville, est très calme, et la clim est un réel plus. Méga piscine au top, même la nuit, mais il faut aller plus vite que les moustique en sortant !... Nous y séjournerons de nouveau.

La maison est comme sur les photos, juste magnifique, le calme et les cigales en plus. Au top. Les prestations sont de haut niveau, la piscine immense et un calme olympien (ce que l'on recherchait) règne dans le secteur. Le propriétaire vous place dans les meilleures dispositions pour le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. A refaire. Merci encore

Très belle maison avec un grand parc au calme avec les champs de vigne a l’horizon et une position dominante sur la Camargue. Une maison vraiment très agréable, idéale pour profiter de la grande piscine en famille ou entre amis. Aangename woning met een schitterend zwembad. De 2de badkamer en 4e slaapkamer in het tuinhuis zijn erg basic. Hiervan hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. Uiteindelijk de badkamer in het huis gedeeld met 5 volwassenen. Er staat een mooi groot bad, maar een douche was handiger geweest (badkamer is groot genoeg om nog een douche te plaatsen). Boven ligt er overal parket, wat zeer mooi is maar door het enorm kraken van het hout erg gehorig. Zodra iemand opstaat, zijn de anderen mee wakker. De keuken is voldoende uitgerust , zeker in combinatie met de gasbarbecue. De tuin is volledig afgesloten waardoor je veel privacy hebt. In het fantastisch zwembad en op de petanquebaan hebben we menige uren doorgebracht. Eén paraplu om wat schaduw te creeren aan tafel of aan het zwembad is echt wel weinig. Een gemeende dank je wel aan Rachel, Lea en Gerard ( de buren) voor het onthaal en de goede zorgen !!! In de ruime omgeving valt er veel te beleven. De zee ligt slechts op 30 min rijden. Er zijn gezellige dorpjes en steden te bezoeken . En er zijn diverse sportieve activiteiten ( paardrijden, kajak, bomenparcours, minigolf ,...)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was dazugehört. Wunderschöner Pool. Optimal gelegen um die Umgebung zu erkunden. 35min zum Meer. Nur eine Schlafzimmer lässt sich leider nicht schließen. Ansonsten hat es alles was es braucht.

Superbe maison dans un petit village très sympa avec une grande piscine et un beau barbecue! Très agréable pour une semaine entre amis! Vauvert est très bien situé! Nous avons pu profiter de la semaine pour visiter Aigues-Mortes et les salins, se rendre à Nîmes et Montpellier et découvrir la grande plage de l’espiguette! Hôtes très sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Zalig ontspannen aan het grote zwembad, voldoende ligstoelen, hangmat,... ruime tuin met de nodige schaduwplekken. Huis is praktisch, netjes en voldoende geëquipeerd! Wij misten enkel een douche in het huis zelf maar de kinderen vonden het grote bad dan weer absoluut een meerwaarde. Super WiFi. Gelegen in een doodlopende straat wat de nodige rust bood. Een warm ontvangst door de buren die de praktische zaken regelen. Een huis om naar terug te keren...

Vorab guter Kontakt per Mail. Empfang durch Gerard dem Nachbarn, spricht leider fast nur französisch, ist aber immer da wenn man ihn braucht. Das komplette Grundstück und das Haus brauchen mehr Pflege. Im Detail - der Wohnbereich ist super, im Essbereich wären bequemere Stühle ganz nett. In der Küche ist das Equipment echt in die Jahre gekommen. Pfannen zuwenig, eine Herdplatte geht nicht, kein Dösenöffner, ein Holzbrett... Im Obergeschoss die Schlafzimmer sind o.k., doch die Türen sind der Hammer - gehen nicht zu, sind extrem dünn und haben dann auch noch Löcher. Aber die Krönung ist der Boden, es knirscht überall. Im Bad keine Dusche, nur im stehen in der Badewanne. Fazit innen: Küche o.k., Wohn/Esszimmer sehr gut, schlafen wenig. Top neue Klimaanlage. Nun zum eigentlichen Highlight der Pool, er ist der Hammer, doch leider fehlen die meisten Möbel auf den Bilder. Am Pool kein Sonnenschirm oder bequeme Sitzecke. Auf der Terrasse ein Sonnenschirm der sich nicht fixieren lässt. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse haben keine Auflagen, man sitzt auf dem Holzgestänge. Problem mit dem Pool - einige Düsen gehen nicht, dadurch keine Zirkulation und nach einer Woche ist das Wasser grün. 2 Tage kein Pool. Das Gründstück ist riesig, doch nur um den Pool herum etwas gepflegt. Der Rest ungepflegt und liegt brach. Das kleine Chalet geht nur zum Duschen, im Sommer meint man man ist in der Sauna. Es gibt zwar eine kleine Klimaanlage, die ist aber so laut das man dann nicht schlafen kann. Mein Tip an die Eigentümer - nimmt Geld in die Hand und investiert. Dann könnt Ihr gerne etwas mehr Miete nehmen. Küchenausstattung, oben die Türen und der Boden, eine Markise, die Möbel aufwerten und nicht nur tolle Bilder reinsetzen. Nutzt die freie Fläche für einen Tennisplatz... Für mich gerade noch befriedigend, aber nur durch Gerard.

Villa und Grundstück toll, komplett ummauert. Auch das Chalet ist brauchbar mit Dusche, WC, TV und Klimagerät. Einfacher Grill, wir waren 2 Wochen da und der Pool wurde nie gereinigt, der Rasen nicht gemäht. Sonnenschutz nicht ausreichend. Vauvert mit neuem Einbahnstrassensystem, das einem zur Verzweiflung bringt. Den Ort bestmöglich umfahren, trotzdem in guter, zentraler geographischer Lage.

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances dans cette Tres jolie propriété , tout confort, bel espace de vie. La villa est très bien équipée, deco moderne.sejour répondant parfaitement à nos attentes : Calme : mas de caractère sur grand terrain arboré et entouré de vignes. Confort et espace Piscine et terrasse très agréables , transats , plancha , parasols et salon de jardin permettent de passer des moments très agréables. Situation : tres bien situé proche commerces. Nous sommes avons eu la chance de participer aux fêtes du mois d août , J en garde un excellent souvenir !!! Je recommande ce bien et compte bien y retourner

Ce fut un réel plaisir de passer quelques jours dans cette belle demeure. La grande piscine est une invitation au farniente. Le calme est un atout remarquable. La maison est très agréable et l'ambiance parfaite. L'accueil est chaleureux et la sollicitude des propriétaires fait plaisir. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les environs. Nous y retournerons pour continuer la découverte et nous détendre. Benedicte et JR

Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour. Quelques petites améliorations sont à apporter concernant le matériel de cuisine (vu avec le propriétaire). L'accueil est trés sympathique et la disponibilité des personnes est bien appréciée. Location à recommander. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir goûter à ce havre de paix sous le soleil du midi...😀😀
