The villa is located on the hillside of Caveirac, a typical village in the Vaunage region. It is close to all amenities (supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, etc.). Caveirac is 7 km from Nîmes, 45 minutes from the beaches, and at the crossroads of Montpellier, Arles, and Avignon. You can explore the Camargue, go swimming in the streams of the Cévennes, and visit the villages of Uzès, Sommières, or Vézénobres… You can also enjoy day trips to the Alpilles and the Luberon.

The home is fully equipped to accommodate 8 guests. It features 4 spacious bedrooms—3 of which have terraces—as well as 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.
The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, where you can relax in front of the large TV.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator... You can also cook on a plancha grill on the covered terrace.

The house faces due south, has large floor-to-ceiling windows, and is very bright.

For outdoor enthusiasts, hiking and mountain biking trails start right at the villa. Caveirac is also the starting point for a magnificent greenway that stretches about 25 km.

The house’s exceptional location is not suitable for parties or late-night gatherings.
The house is smoke-free. Only small pets are allowed.
