Located just moments from the clear, shallow waters of Porto Istana, this second-floor apartment is a practical and welcoming base for families or small groups who want to stay close to the sea while enjoying a well-equipped, comfortable interior. Inside, the living room offers a relaxed setting with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining table - an easy space to gather after a beach day. The open kitchen is fitted with a hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, making longer stays simple and convenient. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread out. The main bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. An additional gallery bedroom with two more single beds provides extra space, ideal for children or friends travelling together. A functional bathroom and air conditioning throughout the apartment ensure comfort during warm coastal days. Step out onto the private terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sea breeze or unwind in the evening. Parking is available, adding ease for guests arriving by car. The apartment’s biggest advantage is its location. The white sands and turquoise waters of Porto Istana are within easy reach, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and sunbathing.
