WIDE TWO-FAMILY VILLA ON TWO FLOORS close to the second beach of Porto Istana. Surrounded by a large outdoor area, it consists of a living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom; going down the stairs, on the lower floor, there is another living area with kitchenette and sofa, a third double bedroom and a second bathroom.
For more privacy, each floor can also be accessed from its own entrance.
There is also a large verandah outside area furnished with table and chairs for eating outdoors and enjoying moments of relaxation; ideal for those with children, who can move around freely and quietly, as well as for those who wish to spend their holidays immersed in nature and at the same time a stone's throw from the sea.
TV and washing machine are present.
The beach is about 600 metres away and can be easily reached on foot; it is also suitable for small children as it slopes gently, while the main services can be found in nearby Murta Maria, 2.5 km away.
As shown in the photo, there are steep stairs joining the two levels of the cottage.
The cottage is also suitable as a starting point for visiting the beaches on the north-east coast of Sardinia, from Budoni / San Teodoro to Porto Cervo / Porto Rotondo.
