Cosy, simple semi-detached house "Coppia 2". In the centre of Porto Istana, in a quiet position, 550 m from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: garden 200 m2. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bar 2.5 km, bus stop 1.8 km, sandy beach "Porto Istana" 550 m. Nearby attractions: Olbia 13 km, Porto San Paolo 6.4 km, San Teodoro 20 km, Marina Maria 3 km, Le Saline 6.3 km, Aeroporto/Porto Olbia 11 km. Please note: car recommended.
