My stay at Casa Lucienne was amazing! It was an experience unlike any other. My favorite part was the open roof, where I could sit outside my room, drink my coffee, and enjoy the sound of the rain falling. It was truly peaceful and memorable. I will definitely stay here again!

our original hotel was a complete disappointment; minutes after checking in we cancelled and found Casa Lucienne a block away. The staff was so helpful , especially the young woman at reception- name started with an ‘ N ‘—- noralys?? I don’t remember it at the moment.
Casa lucienne is perfectly located in the heart of Old San Juan. It is close to everything, at the corner is the Fort. Starbucks is nearby, as well as many shops and restaurants. They provide free coffee every morning. Umbrellas for grab at the main entrance. Indoor Pool is open until 10pm.
We were in the Lucienne room. It has its own very private terrace including a standalone bathtub. Beautiful view of the Fort as you soak in the tub. Linen was very clean, bed was a king size 4 post bed.
There is no bathroom door which I was not a fan of. No iron but they provide a steamer which was even better. Overall beautiful property, very clean and well kept.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
