The staff was AMAZING. Hector, Melony, Michael, EVERYONE was amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay exquisite and make sure we were comfortable. They even helped us find some fun restaurants and have other great advice. The rooms were also amazing, in my opinion it's the perfect room for a small family. Had a large comfortable bed and 2 pull out couches. Everything was perfect. Thank you Melony, Hector, Michael and the GM, and all others who make up Hotel Puerto Valdés. A beautiful place I'll never forget

Everything was great the staff was friendly the rooftop was beautiful the bar/restaurant amazing i would definitely stay there again

Hector at the front desk was the best! So helpful with everything from excursion recommendations, good spots to eat and storing our luggage.
Rooms were spacious and clean. I would absolutely stay here again
