    We stayed at the Casablanca Hotel for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel has a very eclectic, boutique feel that makes it stand out from typical hotels! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The location is excellent - very close to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, making it easy to explore the area on foot. A big plus was that the hotel offers secure luggage storage, which allowed us to drop off our bags and explore the area before check-in. As another bonus, it was a short elevator ride to the cozy rooftop lounge spaces, which included Jacuzzi and stone tubs! Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here when visiting San Juan.

    I only stayed there for one night. Price is okay for what it is. Staff is super kind and friendly but my room was sooo soo dirty. Random hair everywhere, floors felt sandy and dirty, bed was also dirty with hair and like some little balls or pebbles or something, I don’t know. Other than that, it’s okay

    Hotel is vibrant and artsy in a great location that avoids traffic. Staff is great along with the service.

    The facility was small, dated and bare basic. Even the TV was about useless as no instructions on how to get something to watch on it. Even the elevator was unbelievably slow. Grandma could take the stairs faster. Don’t look for help - you’ll be disappointed.
