    I love the space. I love the vibe the shower, the bed, the air-conditioning. It was all fantastic! Prime location. Friendly staff more than friendly they made you feel welcome and appreciated.

    I enjoyed very much my time at The Oliver. I loved everything starting from the name itself to the cloud like bed to the shower to the layout design, location, friendliness. Well, the list goes on. Definitely recommend staying here!

    Their hot/cold water system is AFU, making taking a shower an ordeal as the water temp goes from freezing to scalding. They researched it, said the engineers could not fix. There were many open rooms, so I assume it was not a room problem. They offered me a 15% discount, which is crazy…what would you pay for a room with a broken shower? I told them I was leaving, and they said I could “request” a refund. Any decent hotel would have taken care of everything. They finally relented and gave me my refund but then wrote me a note scolding me for not following their procedure. No apology, ever. Worst hotel service ever.
