Love that is really quiet and beautiful place to stay

Excellent location, great walking distance to old and new San Juan and several beaches. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent suggestions for food and outings. Connivence store, bakery, bars and restaurants nearby. We would have enjoyed our time more and would come back if it weren’t for the intermittent water outages. Overall an excellent experience in which we were able to enjoy our time in the private courtyard and pool area which was quiet and cozy.

First and foremost! Some rooms have no hot water!
So make sure you ask for a room that does. 2nd this is by a bar and it is loud at night. That did Not stop me from sleeping but if you’re a light sleeper then this place might not be for you. There is no microwave either. There is a bar across the street, a rave place on the left corner that opens at 2am. A bodega infront of the hotel (Pricey) there is Misfits next door and his truck is DELICIOUS!!!! Please try lol
Aside from that I honestly can’t complain. I had a great stay. The staff was helpful. The walks towards Old San Juan kept me busy and a lot to see during those walks. I would DEFF stay here again!!!! It’s a great place for the price.
