    Overall the staff was friendly but the check-in staff was nonchalant. The location is very family friendly especially the pool area. The only issue I had was the inadequate sound proofing. You can hear each time a door closed. The cooling unit is very loud and on the first night there was a constant sound as that of a loud generator or pump that kept waking me up; in spite of this I would still recommended the location.

    Let me start off with the aesthetics is beautiful. The places, beautiful, some of the staff were very nasty and respectful of me and my Apartment. We went there for my 50 birthday and my first time to Puerto Rico and I thought they were more than what they said. They cheated. That’s bad and they made us feel bewildered and stay in there. I want. I spoke to a manager about it. He said he would get on it. Nobody reached out or nothing and I feel sadden that I really didn’t enjoy my birthday and I plant this for a year and it’s crazy. Cause I go to other countries and expect that and I don’t get that I get treated with the respect that I am just because I’m gay that to mean that they have to treat me any kind of way. I paid my money. Like everyone else. I’ve ever respect the person so I say no. If you’re going in, you’re gay. Be careful. They’ll treat you bad. They don’t have no rules. They don’t like two days out. Maybe that’s other people but I see what’s really going on treating gay people bad for.

    Was an amazing hotel Close to the center of San Juan and the shuttles make my stay more easier to visit a lot of famous places in SJ
