I booked a last-minute stay here and to my surprise, the places was immaculate. I really loved the self check-in and the building was very clean and quiet. I felt super comfortable and safe. Calle Loiza is a fabulous location with the Supermarket across the street. The staff was very helpful and communication was on point. The only thing that would be helpful is to notify everyone of the $100 refundable deposit before bookings, please.

The most positive thing about this apartment was the location and even that was also negative.
1. No communication - Did not get any instructions to access apartment, this complex does not have an in person for check in. After ringing doorbell, and emailing I was able to find phone number to call.
2. First apartment - toilet was plugged when we finally were able to access apartment - we were moved to a 2nd apartment after staff was unable to clear toilet.
3. While location is great for restaurants and the beach, it is super noisy. Windows did not keep much out and bathroom window would not close completely.
4. No water pressure
Apartment and bedroom are a great size but next time we will just spend more for a nicer place.
