Honestly, if you’re looking for somewhere away from the tourist strip but still very close to all the major locations, this is a great place to stay. It’s tucked away on a quiet neighborhood street and literally steps from a local beach entrance. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff is wonderful.
The only caveat to keep in mind is that there is no elevator. The property has more of the architecture and feel of a large B&B, so if you have a lot of luggage, you may need some help getting it upstairs. Otherwise, it’s a great option if you want to be close to everything without being in the middle of the tourist areas.

This was my favorite place to stay in PR. I stayed one month there in 2024. However, they changed management and it is now horrible. The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I won’t stay there again. There are many amazing new boutique hotels in the area. I’ll book in one of them next time I come to the island.
